1. We are an item broker. Many items do not belong to us and customers certify items condition upon signature of the form we require to sell items online.
2. All fees due will be automatically deducted from your payment on your item.
3. At their request, sellers will be able to access their item through a standardized item number which can be tracked online from almost any computer in the world. This way the seller will be able to monitor in real time the current auction price of their item.
4. All fees are due payable at end of auction.
5. All items must be paid for within ten (10) days from end of auction.
6. If we are not contacted by winning bidder within three (3) days of auction end, we reserve the right to file a NPB Complaint, file negative feedback and sell the item to an under bidder.
7. We sell items for other people.  All items we offer on auction are sold as-is unless otherwise specified within the auction and buyer is responsible for shipping fees on item.
8. If an item arrives damaged, we will file a claim with the shipping company.
9. You must notify us of any damage to your item within 24 hours of reciept so we can file a claim.
10. With any seller who guarantees their item to work, payment will be delayed at least 10 days for customer satisfaction approval.
11. Any buyer who is not satisfied with a satisfaction guaranteed item may return it as long as we are contacted within 48 hours of item receipt. Their are no guarantees past the 48 hour deadline. If we approve your return, item MUST be received within 5 days, or no money will be refunded.  All refunds over $15.00 are subject to a $3.00 processing fee.  We do not refund shipping charges and buyer is responsible for returning item to us.
12. In the event an item is not sold, we will relist your item 1 time for free.  After relisting your item, if it does not sell the second time around, we will hold the item for 30 days if you want to pick it up of have it shipped back to you.  You pay to have the item shipped back and must pay any fees due to receive the item back.  Otherwise if you notify us you do not want the item back if it does not sell, item will become the property of Net's Pawn, LLC: DBA:SellYourJunkOnline and we will dispose of it as we see fit.
13. Items over 150 lbs or larger than a specific size will be shipped by a freight company.  We like to ship freight shipments collect. We can ship through your carrier and they may pick up at our location.
14. Any item may be picked up.
15. If an item is picked up, it must be paid for in cash.
16. Most items will be shipped Priority mail, UPS, or Fed/EX at our discression and choice.
17. Paypal payments will be accepted, but not from international bidders and all items paid with Paypal, MUST be shipped to the confirmed address.
18. International bidders MUST pay in the form of an International Postal Money order. ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT RECEIVED FROM INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS WILL INCUR A 90 DAY HOLD!!!
19. If you retract a bid or wish to back out of a transaction, a 15% restocking fee will be applied  if we allow your retraction or allow you to back out of your transaction.  At the item owner’s choice we may require you to complete the transaction. Most of these items do not belong to us and if an owner says we must enforce the transaction, we will take the matter to court if needed and you will be responsible for all legal fees.
20. If you retract your bid, back out of a transaction, send fraudulent payment, do not send payment, or do not send sufficient payment, we reserve the right to sue for damages and your bid amount or restocking fee at our choice in the county we see fit. All matters of litigation shall take place in Jefferson County, Alabama, USA.
21. By bidding on an item listed under one of our listing names, you agree to hold us harmless of any litigation, legal process or lawsuits and agree any and all legal proceedings if neccessary will take place in Jefferson County, Alabama, USA
22. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE.
23. The buyer is responsible for any and all collection and attorney fees should the item not be paid for within reasonable time.  Resonable time for buyers from USA is 7 days. Reasonable time for international buyers is 20 days
24. Your bid is a legally binding contract whether you place the bid, your child places the bid, a friend places the bid or a stranger places the bid. You must use due diligence in protecting your personal information and password. Use of this site constitutes a legally binding contract.

Additional Policies Regarding Intellectual Property:

DO NOT COPY INFORMATION FROM OUR LISTINGS TO MAKE YOUR ITEM SELL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY AUTHORIZED TO DO SO. Intellectual property theft is a crime. Any duplication of our information shall be subject to a minimum fine of $75.00. Depending on the severity of the case, we may impose much larger fines, or pursue legal action. We WILL FIGHT for our intellectual property rights on ALL auctions. Whether the  auction is for .01 or the auction is for $5,000.00 the crime is still the same and for infractions that take place across state lines, you have generally automatically violated federal offenses. Just DON'T STEAL OUR INFO, and we'll  have no problems.
