FAQ

Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ page). Below, we have tried to answer the most common questions visitors to this our Web site may have. If you find that your question is not answered on this page, please email us info@sellyourjunkonline.com or call us from 8AM-6PM CST at 205-426-4499 or 205-586-7491.

Can’t I do this myself?

Sure you can.  Our customer service professionals spend an average of 7 hours per day in front of a computer screen answering questions and processing items. We also spend several hours per day packing and then have to deal with shipping companies and insurance claims.  We then take the time to work on our websites and invest in more digital equipment and software for auction processing. To do this yourself you’ll need a good computer, the patience to sit in front of it all day, a good digital camera, lots of digital media, a good printer, shipping company alliances, an auction management program, and inventory program, an accounting program, some good clipart collections, a web host, a high speed internet connection, shipping supplies, an extra telephone line, a home office, the realization you may lose money.

Otherwise if you notify us you do not want the item back if it does not sell, item will become the property of www.SellYourJunkOnline.com and we will dispose of it as we see fit.
